EEye REM® and Retina Administrator Training
Note: You must have a U.S. Government CAC for this training.
Also To note: you could put this under Group A or Group B, depending on your needs.
It took me about 3 hours to do all of this, but I took some time to do it. I would say you can get 2-4 credits out of this.

Your Work's Annual Security Briefing
Yes, this is worth CPEs. I just put in for 1 CPE for my "DoD Annual Security Refresher Briefing".
Mine happened to be a webcast, but I've seen them done in mass group briefings... either way, free CPE!

SANS Special Webcast: IBM: Social Media: A Security and Privacy Perspective

Maintaining the Domain Name System
*Warning* This course requires a CAC (Common Access Card)
This one also comes from DISA (Defense Information Systems Agency), and is a follow up to Domain Name System (DNS) Basic Concepts Overview v1.0.
Again, it's quick (1.25h) and easy, and gives you a certificate at the end.

eMASS Training
So, these 2 CPEs require you to have a DoD CAC card. Also, there's no certificate upon completion. I'd recommend taking some screenshots along the way, complete with your system time/date so you can prove you took the training to ISC2 if they audit you. Be sure to print and file this.
eMASS (Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service) is an accreditation tool. It's ok, I've seen much worse! This training takes you through it. It's a pretty easy 2 hours.
